We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find our full terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery times, and liability.
1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Delivery Time and Delays
The stated delivery time (normally 3 to 7 business days) is an estimate based on average times and does not constitute a guarantee.

Possible Variations: Since we ship directly from our supplier in China, delivery times may in some cases take 15–25 business days due to external factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, high carrier workloads, or Force Majeure.

No Liability for Delays: Amelia & Rose Boston is not responsible for delays caused by third parties. A delivery delay does not entitle the customer to an automatic cancellation or refund as long as the order is in transit.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. This means that import duties and taxes may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.
4. Split Delivery
Since we have multiple warehouses, your order may be delivered in separate packages at different times. If an item is missing from the first package, it will arrive in a subsequent delivery.
5. Unclaimed Packages
If a package has been delivered to a pickup point and is not collected within the specified time, it will automatically be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee of $25 to cover administrative costs, shipping, and return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Failure to collect the package does not count as a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
6. Liability for Delivery

Delivered Package: If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your address, mailbox, or pickup point, the responsibility passes to the customer. We do not replace packages that are marked as delivered but which the customer claims are lost. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping company and a police report in case of theft.

Address Errors: Please check your address carefully (including apartment numbers). Errors must be reported within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrectly provided address.
