Social Media Associate

Are you creative, communicative, and passionate about digital media? We are looking for a driven Social Media Associate to become a vital part of our growing team!

About the Role

As our Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and publishing inspiring and relevant content across our social channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to strengthen the Amelia & Rose Boston brand, increase engagement, and build long-term relationships with our community.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and publishing daily content across all social media platforms.

  • Creating engaging content, including copy, images, and short-form video (Reels/TikToks).

  • Monitoring trends and adapting content to resonate with our target audience.

  • Analyzing performance metrics and reporting on results to optimize strategy.

  • Community management, including responding to comments and direct messages.

  • Brainstorming and contributing ideas for upcoming campaigns and marketing initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.

  • Is highly creative, self-motivated, and has a sharp eye for detail.

  • Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Is proficient in image and video editing (preferred, but not required).

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves testing new ideas.
